CREATING RIGHTEOUS ARMIES

Given the extreme crisis facing the Black community as personified by overt and subtle racism, dysfunctional families, spiritual ineptness, rampant Black on Black crime, drug and alcohol addiction, miseducation, political impotence, lack of sustained economic power, unprecedented incarceration of our people, police murders (legal lynching), etc.; is is imperative that we as a people rise to the historical occasion to become the controllers and power shakers for the destiny and salvation of our race as we move steadily into the 21^st century.

Presently, as mentioned above, our people in America and throughout the world are under a tremendous, well coordinated assault in the form of low intensity warfare, whereby we are daily victims as characterized by the new slave labor/prison industrial complex (prisoners of war) and the extremely disproportionate death rates of poor people through diseases and outright murders by Gestapo agents of the government/the police and thus we become their victims.

So with this ugly, ugly reality facing us each day, what response? It is the contention of the UAPO that when at war you must act accordingly. The first step, as we it, is you must gather up an army and equip them with knowledge and skills to counter attack those institutions and systems that are waging war against us, and accordingly chose a battle plan that will lead you to victory.

It is in that spirit that we are challenging all progressive organizations and movements to begin thinking in terms of developing and building armies of members/soldiers of righteous people to wage a war for justice, peace, freedom, and equality.

Accordingly, as an organization we will be actively working to create an army with the clear objective of recruiting at least 144,000 people of like-mindedness who are righteous and willing to do the right thing in saving themselves and the race. To that end we are seeking people who will be willing to carry out three basic battle plans:

Freedom is not free, therefore we seek to have a resource funding to the tune of $25.00 per member/soldier to help educate and raise the army. With the basic funding of $25.00 per member per year, we can generate $3,600,000.00 annually to implement programs that address the needs of our people.
The second and third phases of the battle plan are economic sanctions and political struggle. Under our economic battle plan for the 144,000 people who will be under the banner of the Ark of Salvation, our marching orders will be simple and as follows: We will call upon our soldiers not to spend a penny of our money with selected targets of this economic system until we begin to receive justice, freedom, and equality. The second part is just as simple as the first, in that our army of righteous/soldiers will support in a systematic way those businesses people of our community who give back to the community.
In our political thrust, we will begin to organize statewide Black People Conventions for the purpose of challenging the political power brokers to enact laws that will enhance the quality of life for our people and scrap those laws that negatively impact us. In practicing what we preach, we will be hosting our fourth Statewide Black Peoples Convention in the 21^st century on August 17-18 in Springfield, Missouri and use Missouri and this model as a prototype for the entire nation.

As we build the Ark of Salvation, we also realize that the options for a society whereby our people can live in peace and harmony can take the following shapes and in a prioritized format. The following is what we believe is the best for our future:

An independent nation of our people preferably in the Southern States of this land, which would be inclusive of Louisiana, Mississipi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

An independent nation of our people outside the borders of this land, either in Africa or Central or South America.

Seizing and controlling state power within the context of the United States government in the Southern states mentioned above. This can be achieved with mass migrations of our people back to the South, whereby we can vote ourselves into state power as we have done in major cities, as we become the majority.

Continue to live in scattered cities throughout the United States such as New York, Miami, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and being disconnected with one another and our power being diluted.

Accordingly, we have given you a thumbnail projection or glimpse of the possible future development of our people, because “A People Without Vision Shall Perish.” But whatever your perception of what we must do to counter the low intensity warfare and how we should achieve freedom: one thing for sure, it will not occur until we have well financed armies of our people willing to do the right thing in the spirit of righteous.
